Hui-lin Goh
Hui-lin Goh is a Chartered Secretary (FCS/FCG) and GRI Certified Sustainability Professional. She has a strong background in corporate secretarial and corporate compliance work in the Asia Pacific region, post Merger & Acquisition integration work and project management.
Hui-lin was a key member of Google’s CorpOrg Team which takes care of Alphabet Inc.’s corporate secretarial and corporate compliance matters. For over a decade, she oversaw its entities and supported its special projects in the Asia Pacific region, and had amassed rich knowledge and experience. She also had stints at Capitaland, one of Asia’s largest diversified real estate groups, and more recently, at Dyson, where she served as its Group Company Secretary.
Shuo Ma
Shuo Ma is an experienced legal counsel within the IT and legal industries. She has a strong background in corporate governance and contract management matters in Greater China.
Shuo was part of the corporate secretarial team of a Fortune 500 IT company, handling corporate governance matters for its entities in Greater China. She was also previously employed at the Oracle APAC deal management team and contributed to the review and finalization of commercial contracts. Beyond professional achievements, she translated the book, Death of a Law Firm, by Jaap Bosman, from English to Mandarin. The bilingual version of the book, 律所再造:律所革命的宣言书, was published in mainland China.
